well there has been lots of requests on people trying to find them, but they are not available to buy. So we made ourselves some and once people starting asking for them we started to consider the idea of making more, they are not copies they are very similar but not identical

I looked up the one he actually wore and it's similar...basically you could call it a knock off, but not really since there technically is no real thing. It's probably just the one that he wore, and then maybe a few others that he gave to his inner circle. if you look at the link, he even tweeted Serge, so if this was a problem, I'm sure they would already be hearing about it.Originally Posted by sprainedankle

I like the idea, but I'd be pretty careful about actually doing this. Serge had that shirt made for him by Adidas. I have a feeling if you make money off of this they come back to bite you. It's not for sale anywhere, so it does suck that you can't buy it; but I doubt Adidas takes kindly to knockoffs.
Thats a cool shirt the only thing I would add is on the back I would have it say I'm from Congo

I wouldn't mind having one of these shirts, either. Don't seem like we have that many Thunder shirts in Stillwater.
I never liked that whole "I am from Congo" stuff. Sounds like a bad Tarzan movie which just depicts some sad memories.
It's also not really culturally sensitive
sadly chances are going down to get these out there for those who want them, i know adidas wouldnt be happy but if we would have just sold a few im sure it would have been alright. we are not from okc, so for us to print em and ship em, the price you would have to pay for us to make $ would be too high i think
