Does anyone think it's possible that we could have a sophmore slump as a team? I think we are becoming the darlings of the league to fast...we might get everyones best shot.

Another thing to consider: We were the healthiest team in the league last year (the only real injury that I can think of was Hardens Hammy towards the end of last year) and that probably won't happen again.

    Thoughts?

Is it possible? Yes. Anything is possible.

Do you sometimes have to wear a bullseye on your back in order to not settle for mediocrity? Yes. Bring it on. You want to be the best, you have to beat the best - and take their hardest hits.

The Lakers get everyone's best shot; the Celtics get everyone's best shot; the Heat are going to get everyone's best shot; if you want to be among the elite, you better get used to getting hit in the mouth and get right back up.

If we can't take the hits, we don't belong. Period.

Durant will not allow this team to do this. THis is the year where he learns how to completely dominate every game he is in.

If this team doesn't perform like last season, I think it'll be due to at least more than one injury (Harden) before we see a "Sophomore" slump season per say... It is our 3rd season, so that would make it hard to have a Soph. slump but I know what you mean.

possible - but that is usually ony the case where the team listens to the hype. Our guys so far have not shown that type of attitude. They are working just as hard or harder than before.

Credit Brooks and the Big 2(KD,RW) and Green for holding the team to that standard.
