....And, it begins.

The next thing we need to get done is to place enough phone calls to Cox Cable to encourage them to add KSBI-DT to their hi-def channels.
I mean really, most of us saw that KSBI would get Thunder games when McClendon purchased the station, why has Cox Cable not already added KSBI-DT ???
Course, there's no guarantee that hi-def camera's will be used to broadcast the games, so there may be no difference.
Plainsman,
Why don't you call KSBI and see what they say about the matter. Mention your signal issues with their station also.
Ohhh ... I would be almost sure that Cox has not yet extorted enough money from KSBI.
I would probably be better served to go to Dish Network. I just don't want to go to the trouble and disruption. My issues with Cox are growing almost daily. At one time I was very happy with Cox, but like a new car that slowly degrades with mileage, I look up one day and they have a pretty sorry operation. From customer service to their equipment, its all below average and its about time for a change.
Does KSBI HD come in over the air? Anyone know? Is there even a KSBI HD channel at currently?
Of course not lol. I think their channel used to flicker late at night during old Matlock and Seinfeld re-runs.
That's funny, because the second that I read that, I became very frightened for all of our beautiful historic buildings.
I bought two antennae from Best Buy last week, the $15 basic model and one with an amplifier that ran in the $40 range. I could not pick up KSBI or KSBI-DT on either antennae. I took them both back.
I'm in a part of town, however, where we can not get KOCO in OTA. I'm about 3 miles east of Will Rogers, and I think the airport has something to do with how they " wrap " their signal. And from what I can gather, KSBI's DT comes from one of the towers on Britton Road. Same place KOCO originates.
Hi def does come in different qualities, but any hi def would be better than the Hornets broadcast on Cox channel 7, wheeeww .... that was not good.
