I always enjoy reading Darnell Mayberry's columns, especially his post game thoughts.

Here's a fact that is good for the Thunder considering we started 10-2 in this extreme paced early schedule:

The 66-game regular season is only 18.2 percent complete, but OKC is off to a 10-2 start in the first 18 days. The Thunder’s final 54 games will be played in a span of 100 days, which is still hectic, but not ridiculously so.

On pace for a record of 54-12. That would be pretty amazing, but considering our record during the extreme paced schedule, the notion cannot be dismissed.

True, but I think our strength of schedule (of opponents) is going to get tougher also.

I worried about this stretch. This team just seems to bounce back and provide energy when it needs to. Very impressed with this bunch so far.
Im glad they get a much needed rest.
