Legally, I believe we are prohibited from allowing the sale of anything with the Thunder logo or any NBA logos. I don't see that these two shirts raise any legal questions.

The thunder up, threes down uses the NBA logo changed around and it's allowed. The Ibaka shirts I guarantee you aren't approved by Serge or have any money going to Serge.

Gotta love Nate. No matter what role he has, he throws himself into it 100%. If he's a cheerleader on the bench, he's going to be the best cheerleader in the league. I love the kid!

I have to say that Nate may be my favorite member of the team. What a great guy! I love to watch him during games.

Now, as far as the t-shirts go, technically Perk's image is intellectual property and so he could ask you to desist from making copies of his image, unless it's a drawn caricature. I think caricature laws vary from state to state. If he has a problem with it, or the Thunder has a problem with it, they will let you know, I'm sure. At this point in time, I'm fine with members making t-shirts. I'm not so OK with people from elsewhere doing it for business purposes and will probably only allow a link. We certainly will allow no NBA or Thunder logos to be used on t-shirts advertised for sale.
