For those who have tickets, where are they? I'm in the third row of 328. I love having the cattycorner view on the court from low in the upperdeck.

Here's what I've come up with so far ... locations are approximate ... if I've left anyone out or if I have general locations wrong, let me know and I'll fix it ... the names will be more readable in the "larger file" ... some of you prefer really long names and that made "naming" a bit awkward ... I'll add other names when they appear in this thead.

I have a hunch (no personal information, just a hunch) that he is, in fact, 15, plus additional years on top of that. For example, it is a true thing that I am 15 since I have reached that level, and many others, since becoming 15.

I went there but didn't yet register ... how will you get credit for a referral if I just register generally? Thought I'd wait for your reply about that. (And, yes, I did check the eligibility requirements ... at least 13 to participate, it says ;) .)

You have to use the referral link. They actually have a lot of these sites, just in different themes. http://swagbucks.prodege.com/?cmd=ct-allsites

I think it'd be neat if the Thunder set up a search engine. I mean, if the Pacers can do it, any team can! If you happen to see another site on the list that's more interesting, I can post the referral link :)

Thorny has kindly contacted me privately about an alternative way to present the map ... if I understand him correctly (and I may not), instead of names on the map use symbols ( ■ or ● or lightning bolts or some other symbol ... maybe a rainy cloud for troublemakers ? ... just kidding) which would keep the map uncluttered, particularly as more names are added. Then, if it could be done in bulletin board code, have a scrollable sidebar which would show member names and seat locations -- although I don't know if that can be done in bulletin board code. He's already put together a spreadsheet containing that information ... thanks, Thorny! I'm thinking about that ... maybe 2 different "modes" could be used instead of just one ... and/or, put more rationally, perhaps I'm spending too much time with this!

Nah, it's just fun to do.

Anyway, until discussing that with him some more, I've done a seat map which lightens the background and gives it a bluish wash, thinking it might be easier to read (although section numbers are not as prominent). Both the "old" and "light background" versions are shown below ... I've added a logo to dress it up a little.

ON EDIT: 9/25/08: Based on comments below (and my own opinion) I've gone to the lighter background and I'm eliminating the images which were originally here ... but for an updated image, see my post a few replies below. I'm still fine tuning the background and have tried to make it less "lavenderish."

Comments appreciated.

Karrie, I've got such an old monitor and colors look different ... I turned on my wife's computer and it did indeed look more lavender than a blue wash as I intended. The revised file has a bit more yellow in the background so ... we shall see.

Anyway, the light background is what I'll be using (even though I may tweak the background shade a bit). Although, I will only make a few games, because I live outside D.C. I bought season tickets in section 302, H. I WILL be there for Opening Night.
PAR-TAY! You're added ... F5 to refresh.

Bumping this back to the top, so we can group up for the Open Practice on Monday at 5:30.

How about we all go for Section 120?

That's very cool. A group should meet up at the Ice House (thank heavens it's not going to be the Ice House much longer!) before the game.

Sounds like this was just done. Did you get any info from your Thunder rep about how well sales are going, generally or specifically?

I was just told there are still a few available, but that they are all in the corner and baseline 300 sections. And I am sure some are the new seats they put in. Overall my rep said that they were blown away with renewals and newcomers.

I'm still in the same section I've been in since the Hornets came, just one row back and a few seats closer to the Thunder bench. Section 120, row DD.
