New Orleans Hornets (32-32) at Oklahoma City Thunder (38-24), 7pm Central time tipoff at the Ford Center on Wednesday night.

This is the last of three meetings this season between these teams. Both teams won on the road in the first 2 games.

The game will be shown on KSBI-TV, Thunder TV.

The Thunder have won 14 of their last 17 games overall and are 19-11 at home this season and this is the first of a 3 game homestand.

The Hornets are 11-21 away from home this season including 0-6 in their last 6 road games. 'Your Hometown Hornets' will be playing without the injured Chris Paul but have a very capable backup in Darren Collison'.

The Hornets never go down without a fight and Collison has been very good, so we need to be sharp. If we take them lightly, they could sneak up and bite us, but I'm sure they already know by now not to sleep on this team, with or without CP3. As long as we come out ready to play, we should get it done.

The Thunder defense needs to step up to make sure we win this game. The Hornets will battle us to the end. Remember, we haven't beat the Hornets yet in the Ford Center plus it would give us the tiebreaker (though it may not matter now) in the season series.

F Peja Stojakovic sustained a strained groin in the third quarter (on Monday night) and did not return. He’s questionable for the game Wednesday night in Oklahoma City.

D. Collison for Hornets is playing lights-out; whole game worries me. Think we got the talent and team to win but 7 1/2 may be to wide margin.

Definitely a good win and it was nice to win big. We owed it to em. The last time the Hornets had lost a game in the Ford Center....they were the Oklahoma City Hornets. So, it was nice to get this monkey off our back. I wanted to take the season series against these guys real bad. Nice job boys. Now let's put a real beating on New Jersey.

The funniest part of the game wasn't Okafor airballing 2 straight FT's. It was watching Jeff Green trying and failing miserably to control his laughter as he went back down the court! LOL

Hopefully Harden's hamstring will be fine soon. He could always sit out the Nets game on Friday and then be ready for the tough matchup on Sunday against the Jazz.

Well those guys in the pic above must have done a number on Okafor..he airballed TWO free throws in a row. Total airballs, I'm not even sure they hit the net. WTH? I could shut my eyes and toss it behind my back and not throw up two airballs!

Yeah, I have a feeling when Brooks called the timeout when the Hornets were up 11-2, he reminded the guys that "our fans REALLY want this game, and they're tired of the Hornets owning this building! Get out there and kick their arse! For the fans, on 1!! FOR THE FANS!!!" Right after that, we went on a run and the game was OVER.

Funny thing is, they sit on the opposite side of the arena from where he shot the airballs lol...I don't even think the lady with the opera voice was there to distract on that end of the court...inexcusable for a junior high player to airball two free throws, much less the #2 draft pick.
