The Thunder already owns the draft rights to a player from Israel Yotam Halperin, I think we drafted him in the second round in 2006.

From what I understand Omri Casspi is a jackass with a horrible attitude. The only scouting reports I've read he seems to have 20 lines of negatives pertaining to his bad atttidue and a few lines of positives pertaining to being the only Israeli player worth a ****.
