Just saw an ad on NBA TV for Warriors season tickets. They're offering lower level seating for $38 per ticket.

Thunders cheapest lowest level is $50 .

Being a Warriors fan, I'm fairly sure I can step in on this one....

The organization has made the playoffs ONCE, as an 8 seed, in the last 14 years. After that run, they proceeded to trade away or not resign their best assets (Jason Richardson, Baron Davis). Then, they proceeded to sign other players to ridiculously long-term deals. Now, the team is tanking the season, have no true Point Guard, and are stuck with the low playoff seed roster that they have now for the next 4 or 5 years. The owner is a money-grubbing bastard who could care less if the team wins or loses. All he cares about is that he makes money. Period. When he was introduced at the 2000 All-Star Game, he was booed and had to hide from the cameras.

So, I think their having lower priced seats is slightly more justifiable, no?

LOL

Sounds like the seats should be given away.

Ohh yay a Warriors fan.

How about this draft night trade?

Earl Watson (exp next summer), Nenad Kristic, Chucky Atkins (2 mill, exp this summer), Thunders own 2009 1st rounder (#3 or lower)
for
Andris Biedrins, Jamal Crawful

Cohen saves loads of cash, Nellie dumps Crawful, you get a top pick. What do you think?

I think Warriors nation would have a seizure if that happened. Biedrins is pretty much our best asset right now. When he's in games, we do well, and when he's benched, we blow huge leads. There's no way he goes for a pick, unless that pick is particularly special.
